Bhijal started her Yoga journey from the age of 10 years. Her mother was her yoga guru. She led a very spiritual path through her teachings. Through this she started learning the yoga asanas as use to go along with her mom to her class. As she grew older, she then started her spiritual journey and realized her true path. Bhijal then started taking Yoga classes through Ishta Yoga school. She then created a women empowerment program which entailed yoga along with dance and self-defense for beginners.
She then studied her Yoga certification through Trifocus Academy. The intensive 200 hour of practice was completed over a two-year period. Intensive yoga theory formative assessments was also completed during the two year period. Thereafter converted her family garage into a yoga studio and started teaching for about 2 years. Thereafter Bhijal moved to her own home and started teaching at the Dance Café.
Following the many teachings of her teacher Wendy from Ishta Yoga school. Yet she is always looking for more and different ways to add some excitement and difference to her classes. Combining both Kundalini, Ishta, Dance, Meditation & Relaxation to her classes seems to have been the exact recipe to leave that lingering feeling in the mind, body and soul.
Inspired from the teaching of Mahatma Gandhi :
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony”.
“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”
“Where there is love there is life.”
“Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.”
“In a gentle way, you can shake the world.”
“I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.”
“The future depends on what we do in the present.”
“A man is but the product of his thoughts; what he thinks, he becomes.”
